Okuma Genos M series
Excellent value for money: The machines of the GENOS M series represent the natural progression of OKUMA’s long-standing experience in milling and are designed to meet the ever more exacting demands of production.
The design, thermal expansion control (TAS-S and TAS-C) combined with high-speed software (HiCut and SuperNurbs), ehternet connection via DNC and the power of the CNC allow the GENOS series to be among the best machines also in the mould and die milling sector.
The stabilised cast iron bed and column are oversized with differentiated ribs for the best resistance to dynamic and thermal stress, even in the most severe conditions of use, with robust, oversized sliding guides for the three X – Y – Z axes.
Its impressive thermal stability allows tight tolerances and extreme workpiece accuracy. In addition, these environmentally friendly vertical machining centres are equipped with the industry-leading control: OSP suite.
